Quilters Quest is the sole distributor for SewEzi in the UK and Ireland. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%; please get in touch if you live in a zero-rated Island for UK VAT purposes, such as Jersey, and would like a quote or to place an order. Customers within the island of Ireland are subject to UK VAT @ 20%.

The sewing machine make and model must be included when ordering SewEzi Portable, SewEzi Grande and SewEzi Overlocker tables - this allows us to include the correct insert and / or spacer sets. We also need your full delivery address, including Postcode or Eircode if possible, as well as a contact telephone number and email address. We do not share these details with anyone other than the courier company that we will use to deliver your order.

In the unlikely event that we do not have an insert available for your sewing machine we will liaise with you and get one produced as quickly as we can. In the very unlikely event that your machine is too big for a SewEzi table, we will issue a full refund of your order. If you are unsure about your machine, please contact us with your machine details and we will let you know. We will issue a full refund of any money paid if a SewEzi Grande or Portable Table is ordered but is not suitable for your sewing machine(s).

You may need a Quick-Change Set and an additional insert if you are ordering a table for more than one machine. The Portable table needs the Large Machine Brace for machines weighing more then 13kgs (29lbs). We will get in touch if you have not included one but your machine needs it. All Bernina 7 series must have the Brace Bar in place to strengthen the Portable Table. It is not necessary for a SewEzi Grande.

Quilters Quest accept payment online or by telephone. We do not collect or store any personal data in relation to credit or debit cards. We use Stripe, Inc. to safely conduct online payment transactions. We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express through Stripe, Inc.

SewEzi Tables: After an order is placed, we will confirm a suitable delivery day with you; if we do not hear back from you we will proceed with the delivery and you can re-arrange it with the courier if needs be. For UK mainland and the island of Ireland we use DPD or DHL to deliver SewEzi tables, Monday to Friday only. We will aim to deliver your order anywhere in Ireland and the UK mainland within 5 working days. Delivery to remote locations, off-shore islands and other regions may be subject to a delivery surcharge and may take longer.

Delivery is free within UK Mainland and the island of Ireland, however, delivery to off-shore islands and remote regions may be subject to a surcharge. The following areas will most likely incur a delivery surcharge but we will check this and give you a quote before proceeding:

SewEzi Accessories may be sent with Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. During busy periods there can be delays due to the volume of items being sent, please allow an extra day or two for delivery and please check your tracking. For DPD deliveries you must go to for your tracking details to work.

Compensation claims for loss or damage must be made within 7 days to Quilters Quest. Should you need to make a claim please contact us within 7 days of your item(s) delivery date and we will make the claim on your behalf with the courier. Claims after this time cannot be processed. Do not send your claim directly to the courier as it will be refused. Please email pictures of any damage if possible, this includes to the packaging. Approved claims must be accepted by you within 7 days. When a claim has been paid out Quilters Quest is no longer liable for the loss or damage associated with the delivery.

Quilters Quest cannot compensate for additional expenses, purchases or loss of income due to the delay or non-delivery of an item.


You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty and a refund will be offered. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

  • You need to notify Quilters Quest of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email or telephone. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.
  • You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods. We recommend you get proof of postage to prove that you have returned the goods.
  • While you must pay to return the goods, we will refund the delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place.
  • Your refund for the goods must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned.
  • A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
  • The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
  • If the goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
