Payment: We accept payment online or by telephone. You can choose your preferred method of payment from the following:

  • Online payment via PayPal®.
  • Telephone payment by Credit or Debit card. Call us on 028 90454745 during opening hours Monday to Saturday (closed Wednesdays) 0945 – 1630hrs; July and August opening hours: 10am - 3:30pm.

Postage: All delivery charges will be stated in full in your shopping basket. We aim to dispatch online orders placed before 12pm (midday) on the same day (SewEzi products excluded, see SewEzi section), Monday to Friday excluding Bank/Public Holidays, on the provision that there are no queries with the order. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day. For all UK orders we use Royal Mail 1st Class post (next working day delivery) when possible and Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery within 3 to 5 days) when size and/or weight restrictions apply. We cannot send Standard Parcels to the Channel Islands. For countries outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's standard Airmail service; unfortunately this means we are restricted to sending parcels with a maximum weight of 2kg.

UK Customers: Please contact us if you would prefer to have your order delivered by Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked, or Recorded Signed For.

Europe & International Customers: Please contact us if you would prefer a fully tracked or signed for service.

    Quilters Quest reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination and/or the bulk and/or weight of the item/s being shipped. We will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the new rate is acceptable. Some items that are heavy, bulky or an awkward shape may require more packaging and this may cause the delivery charge to increase.

SewEzi Table Deliveries: We use a courier service to deliver SewEzi Portable, Grande and Extension tables. We will email or text tracking details as soon as the table(s) have been collected by the courier.
  • Your items will be delivered as per the couriers transit times. Transit or delivery times are quoted in working days. A working day is Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays. These times are not guaranteed. Remote locations can take an extra 1 - 2 working days. During busy periods there can be delays due to the volume of items being sent, please allow an extra day or two for delivery and please check your tracking.
  • Compensation claims for loss or damage must be made within 7 days to Quilters Quest. Should you need to make a claim please contact Quilters Quest within 7 days of your item(s) delivery date and we will make the claim on your behalf with the courier. ​Claims after this time can not be processed. Do not send your claim directly to the courier as it will be refused. Approved claims must be accepted within 7 days. When a claim has been paid out Quilters Quest is no longer liable for the loss or damage associated with the delivery.
  • Quilters Quest cannot compensate for additional expenses, purchases or loss of income due to the delay or non delivery of an item.
  • Partial courier charge refunds may be offered if your package is severely delayed due to the courier; if your item is delivered 3 working days later than the expected delivery day Quilters Quest may offer partial refunds up to a maximum of 50%.
