Payment
We accept payment online or by telephone. You can choose your preferred method of payment from the following:
- Online payment by Credit/Debit card
We accept PIN Debit and credit/debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo, PayPal®, American Express and Discover.
- Telephone payment by Credit/Debit card
You can pay by credit/debit card over the telephone if you prefer. Call us on 028 90454745; opening hours Monday to Saturday (closed Wednesdays) 0945 – 1630hrs.
Postage
All delivery charges will be stated in full in your shopping basket. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm (midday) on the same day, Monday to Friday excluding Bank/Public Holidays, on the provision that there are no queries with the order. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day. For all UK orders we use Royal Mail 1st Class post (next working day delivery) when possible and Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery within 3 to 5 days) when size and/or weight restrictions apply. We cannot send Standard Parcels to the Channel Islands. For countries outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's standard Airmail service; unfortunately this means we are retricted to sending parcels with a maximum weight of 2kg.
UK customers: Please contact us if you would prefer to have your order delivered by Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked, or Recorded Signed For.
Europe & ROW customers: Please contact us if you would prefer a fully tracked or signed for service.

Quilters Quest reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination and/or the bulk and/or weight of the item/s being shipped. We will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the new rate is acceptable. Some items that are heavy, bulky or an awkward shape may require more packaging and this may cause the delivery charge to increase.
