Workshop fees are £25 unless stated otherwise. This does not include materials.
A deposit of £15 reserves your place on any workshop and is non refundable if you cancel less than seven days before the workshop and a replacement is not available. It will be returned if Quilters Quest cancels the workshop.

Lone Star (Yvonne McKee)
(1 1/2 day workshop Cost £35)
Always wanted to make a Lone Star quilt but thought that all those bias edges would be too difficult then this is the workshop for you. Using a printed Vilene the piecing of this quilt is easy peasy. No bias edges to work with for all those small diamonds. At the first half day workshop you will learn how to make the large diamond segments. You will then carry on at home and complete all eight of the star points. At the second full day workshop you will join the star points with the setting triangles and learn how to attach the borders. Not suitable for beginners.

Arabian Nights Yvonne McKee
Arabian Nights designed by Ricky Tims is a continuation of his rhapsody album quilts which are designs based on diagonal applique blocks. At the workshop you will make four blocks which can be made in to a cushion ot put to a bigger quilt. You will have the opportunity to cut the applique pieces using the new AccuQuilt cutting machine which takes hours off the cutting of such intricate pieces. We will then proceed to applique the edges using a sewing machine.

Quilt in a Day Yvonne McKee
Quick quilts can be made using precut fabrics such as Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, Charm squares, Noodle Rolls, Bali Pops etc. In these packs the fabrics are precut and you only need to do a little more cutting depending on the quilt pattern you choose to make. A choice of patterns will be available. Suitable for all levels.

A Touch of Mystery Cathy Little
Make a bit of history come alive! This table runner is based on an Egyptian Panel in Akhim dated around 3rd/4th century. Constructed using piecing and applique techniques this runner can be made for the Christmas table or with regular fabrics for year round use.
